change InitialPassword after first login

Hello,
we have a IDM Environment and create Useraccounts in a MetaDiretory where Universal Password are enabled. IDM Code creates a random Password for the first login. After the User become an Entitlement for a connected File&Print eDirectory the Account was created at this directory where also Universal Password are enabled. The random password was synchronized to the File&Print Userobject and the User can login with this credentials.
Now the question:
Is it possible to configure a Password Policy that the user must change the password after the first login and after the first login the change period are aktiv!
