Passwords not updating
I have a few users for some reason just can't update their password.
When their password expires they are prompted to change it.
The client takes the new password which meets the minimum requirements and logs them in.
The next time they try to log in the new password does not work and their old password works. But then it tells them to change their password again. Which it never does.
It's like the client is happy to take the new password but never tells the servers.
We are running NW 6.5.7 Servers with Novell Client 4.91 SP5
We are using the Universal Password Policy. When we upgraded changed the Policy to include more restrictions seems to be when the problems arose. Some clients that didn't work were on SP4 and stopped having this problem when we upgraded the clients to SP5. But there are a few that seem to be unable to change after they are upgraded.
If I try to change their password in console one it will take effect until the password expires.
Thoughts?
