I'm not sure if this is the right place to inquire about this problem, so I apologize if it isn't. I recently purchased a Samsung SCH-i760 running WM6 and wanted to be able to synchronize PIM with Evolution. However, since Evolution only supports Palm devices, I opted to use an exchange server (mail2web.com) as detailed
here. Both Evolution and my phone can successfully synchronize with the server, the problem is though, the appointments that I configure using Evolution are not showing up on the phone's calendar. Appointments that I make using either the phone or the server's OWA show up in all 3 places (Evolution/server/phone), it's only the appointments made with Evolution that are not showing up and only on my phone. The only difference I've been able to notice is that the timezone of appointments made in Evolution is listed as "America/Denver", while the timezone of appointments made in the other 2 locations is listed as "(GMT-07.00) Mountain Time (US & Canada)". I'm not sure if this is the reason for the problem but it's the only thing I could find. Since the appointments are transferring and just not showing up, my suspicion is this or other fields are incompatible with the WM6 calendar program. Any thoughts on how to solve/work around this problem?
