Calender View and Folder Names

Hallo everybody.

I tried out GW8 with Evolution (because GW8 Client on Linux is too buggy).
Evolution runs quick and nice but i found 2 problems.
Maybe somebody can help.

1st:
Shared Calendars of others users are only shown as lists (like emails). Is there an option to view them like my own personal calendar ?

2nd:
Groupwise Folders are named as "calendar, cabinet, mailbox" it is not possible to rename that. We plan an roll-out in 6 countries and these Names should be "renameable". The system language is german, on GW Client these Folder are also in German - but in Evolution its in english.
