How to Generate Report of Emails Red'c by User
We are currently using GW 6.5 and want to determine how many emails a specific account is receiving per day. Is there a way to generate such a report? The GW monitor report seems to be limited to emails sent out of the PO rather than coming into a users mailbox, and the Mailbox statistics report provides a snapshot of what is in the mailbox at the time the report is generated but not what might have been rec'd and deleted between the running of the reports. Is there a NGW or third party report we can run to accomplish our task? Thanks.
