39 Unrecognized or invalid files in mail directories

I'm in the process of moving a user to a new post office and after running maintenece on the mailbox, with the options Structure —> Index check, Fix problems on User and Message Databases, I receive a 39 Unrecognized or invalid files in mail directories in the log. What is the fix for this?
