Moved user has old mail size restrictions

We had moved a user from a Mexico Location to a Michigan Location.
Although it seemed her move was ok, she somehow could send any attachments
over 4.8 meg (from the old domain in Mexico). She should be able to send
10 Meg messages in her new Domain and post office. I synched her user
object with NDS, but have not gone a far a any rebuild yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
