POA File Queues locked on high number

App. Connections: 194
File Queues: 246

As per the above, my File Queues value does not return to zero -
currently it is locked at 246 or above.

I unloaded/reloaded the POA before to no avail and as it was lunch,
then restarted the server (MTA also runs on this server too). Both of
these attempts failed to resolve the problem.

The only thing I have found so far in Knowledgebase is TID: 10062988.
Not sure if this is relevant though as we are running GW6.5.2. The TID
talks about renaming the MSLOCAL\MSHOLD\<postoffice>\1 directory but
this directory is empty apart from a single file (XNSTORE).

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
