GW 6.5.7 Mailbox Size check inactive

Dear All,


I've a problem with my GroupWise agent or GW POA.
I installed today the SP 7, and my client it has been upgraded to the same version, but i can't see in the client's Tools menu Check mailbox size option.

I set in the C1 Client setting > Send options > Disk space mgmt > User limits for 0 to my account, then I ran the Mailbox/Library maintenance - update disk space totals for my acc.

In my client app the Check mailbox size menu is sill inactive.


Any idea?
