Non IMAP sincronization with outlook client

Hi all,

We have a user who uses outlook (in spanish languaje) via IMAP to access to his GroupWise mail account. Recently he began to synchronize his emails with a HTC smartphone with windows mobile in english languaje, it works fine for about 2 months, but recently the sinchronization process is not taking the new emails that arrived to his email account (PC neither Smartphone), without any error notification.

Any suggestions?
