Address Book Problem

I'm running the GW 7 nlms and 6.5.6 clients. I have a user who has a huge mailing list. When he deletes names from the address book, the address book does not update correctly. The names do not appear in the address book, yet they continue to printout. Has anyone seen this? Suggestions?
