error - crash "The address book deinitialization function..."

I have a user who has random GroupWise crashes. v6.5.1

"Groupwise will randomly crash on me. It has been doing this fairly
consistently, but at random times: sometimes after I close a message,
sometimes when I try to open a message, sometimes without any
intervention on my part at all. Usually, when it crashes an error
message will come up saying "The address book deinitialization function
was never called by its parent application""

Nothing in support and nothing via Google.
Any help would be appreciated.
