Delay Delivery

gw 6.5.1

I setup 2 messages yesterday for delayed delivery and i just realized i
never received them. When i look at the properties it says pending. I
just tested it out again and set another 2 to be delivered 10 min later
which never came and they say pending. Any idea what the problem is and
what i can take a look at?
