Modify/add Name of Sende

Hi, ask:
NAME--> FIRST NAME
LAST NAME-->LAST NAME,
it´s posible, modify this, for COMPANY - FIRST NAME LAST NAME, when users send Mail??
On the GroupWise Address Book the name to be FIRST NAME LAST NAME, but when a this users SEND a mail, on the destinatary appears COMPANY - FIRST NAME LAST NAME.
If I modify in C1, the Properties of USER on FIRST NAME --> COMPANY - FIRST NAME , also modify the GW Addres Book. It´s posible modify FULL NAME to COMPANY - FIRST NAME LAST NAME, and that uses the full name when a mail is sent.???
