Attachment not appearing in client
A client is sending us email using a fax-to-email service.
In our spam filter (Barracuda Spam & Virus Firewall) I can view the original message before it's passed to GroupWise and I see there is a tiff attachment.
In the GroupWise client we see no attachment. On my BlackBerry I see an attachment. We have our own BES server.
If I forward the email from either my GW client or my BlackBerry to another email domain like gmail no attachment get forwarded. (Which is why I'm thinking it's a GWIA issue, not client)
Confused yet? I am....
Any ideas?
