Mails not getting to some external recipients

Thanks for your responses. I'm pretty sure that I'm reading the logs correctly. I'm also pretty sure that the messages are getting to the sender (note the confirmation record) I was hoping to discover some other problem that I haven't run across in my time running GroupWise and other mail servers.

I've already eliminated my system's configuration as the culprit and have told our internal senders to escalate with their client and their mail administrator. I just wanted to be sure I hadn't missed any obscure possibility.
