Memory Error rebuilding post office

Our region is now on an OES Linux cluster (with 1 domain and 2 post offices)

From our Headquarters, still on NetWare, using ConsoleOne to rebuild the first regional post office. The regional domain rebuilt OK, but the post office will not. It gets to about 17000 records, waits, and then gives;

Error: Memory error: Memory function failure.

Thinking it might be my workstation and C1, I re-booted it ... and still get the same error.
