No. When a receipient is "internal", then it's internal, period, and the
only way you can make it send mail destined to it elsewhere is via a
forward rule in the client itself.
Of course, you could also remove all the olf groupwise mailboxes. Or
chnage the domain name groupwise is configured for. But all this may or
may not have severe side effects, you need to know yourself. But you can
no make GW send mail to a valid internal email address to the outside.
