Connexion impossible

I have installed the last Groupwise evaluation package on a server running
Netware 6.
Unfortunately I cannot start Groupwise, I always get the information :
"Connexion à l'adresse TCP/IP impossible", that we can translate in
English with : Connexion to the TCP/IP address impossible.
What can I do ? Please help.
