Over the weekend we installed a new server to replace an older server we
had been running Groupwise on. For various reasons we decided to rebuild
the system from the ground up instead of just migrating servers. The
rebuild all went just fine except for GroupWise. What I did was, after
getting the server installed and online, I installed Groupwise as if I
would created it from scratch. I made sure to give the GroupWise system,
Domain and Post Office the exact same names as the previous server had
used. Then I restored the domain database and the post office from tape
backup. It seemed to have restored properly and everything appeared to
work. However, when I log into the agent from any workstation (using any
GW user account) I get a "GroupWise Error [C03F]" error. Clicking on OK
makes the error go away and it appears that GW works fine but I've got a
couple reports from random users seeing some unexpect old mail in their
inbox. I've run thought all the recommended maintenance procedures in the
GW6.5 documentation but the error still persists. Any ideas what I need
to do to get rid of this error? Also, is there a TID or something that
explains the proper procedure to rebuild and restore groupwise from backup?
