Password Synchronization

Is there a way to enable synchronization between the Groupwise and eDirectory passwords? What I am wanting is the ability for a user to change their eDirectory password and this seemlessly change their password in webaccess (most users do not have the Groupwise client). Also if they change their password via webaccess I want it to change the password for the next time they log into the PC at their desk.
