IMAP port already in use (865a)

Updated GWIA and WebAccess and now my PO won't run, get the following
errors:

IMAP port already in use (865a)
Port specified: 143
<Press Enter to continue>

and then it closes. This happened once before but I can't remember what
I did wrong.

Any help?
