Default The Disk is Full error message!

Hi everyone.

We are using Groupwise 6.5 here at our office as our mail server and client as well, currently it gives "Disk is Full" error message, whenever I try to delete old mails from users' inboxes so as to recover space it rejects and keeps on giving the same error message.

I decided to use Console one to access email accounts so that I could delete email accounts of old users who no longer work with us,still it rejects giving me this error message "Deletion failed. Disk full (8204)", it's even worse now because users cannot login to their inboxes anymore, whenever they try they receive the same error message "Disk is Full!".

Is there any other way I can access these mails and delete accounts of old users who no longer work with us apart from doing it through console one?Or is there anything else I can do to get ourselves out of this situation?

I am stranded because everything is on a halt and everybody's breathing on my neck at the moment, please I need your help people, the clock is tickling!

F1 (help) pleaaaaaase!!!

eddyjunior.
