GroupWise 6.5 Help

I have a user who wrote me this message

I have a problem and I don't know if there's anything I can do to alleviate it. On my GW e-mails, I'm beginning to "not" get them all as they are sent, nor do I get them when I "refresh" or F5, even when it shows I have new messages at the bottom in the little world icon. When I got in this morning I had 11 messages from yesterday that did not show up until today and they were scattered out among messages I had received and previously addressed. They didn't pop up on my monitor nor did they show up in my little "world" icon either. Any ideas??
