Right, I've got confirmation that that message from GWCheck does mean that
a message has been marked private. So, I think we are just looking at the
separate problem here of the message counters not being in step with the
actual contents of the mailbox. I'd check the display settings on the
mailbox, set it to include everything, then check to see if the totals
make sense then
