One user cannot login

I have one user whose email password changed, and now I cannot open her email account in Webaccess. “Login Failure: You may have typed your user name or password incorrectly, please try again” I can open her accont with a client without any problems but WebAcess will not work. I have tried “username. PO.domain” Ran Gwcheck on the user, rebuilt the wphost.db and wpdomain.db from console1, and no go.
The problem remains with one user other users I am able to change password and it works with Webaccess and client. I am stumped and could use alternative direction.
