Web Acc Agent will not load

Hello,

I have a customer running NW 6.5sp6 and GW 6.5sp7. I installed Web Acc w/no errors but when I load the .ncf file (strtweb) only part of the NLM's load. I have tried loading the .ncf file in protected memory and more NLM's load, but the agent will not load. The application portion is working fine. I can use a web browser to get to the signon screen. When I login to web acc I get the error that it can't comm. w/the web acc agent.

I have tried reinstalling web acc. I have redownloaded the GW 6.5sp7 software and reinstalled. I have deleted the web acc icons in C1 and reinstalled. I have deleted the strtweb.ncf file and reinstalled. All w/no change. Everytime I run strtweb some of the nlm's load. and then nothing. No errors, I can't find any log files.

Here is a list of the nlm's it seems to load:
gwinter, clib, nlmlib, requestr, threads, nit, nwsnut, clxnlm32, clinnlm32, gwxis10, gwenn4, sccda, sccch, sccut, wvcore, sccfi, sccfa, sccex.
At this point is stops loading and returns to the prompt. The logger screen has no errors on it, nor is there any log files that I can find????
