Webaccess not working fofrom 1 PO

Did you upgrade the GWINTER to 6.5.7? While normally all older clients can
connect to newer POAs, the 6.5.7 patch (and the 7.0.2 patch) were different
in that because they were for a security fix, the older "client" will not
properly attach to the new POA. So if your GWINTER is not also upgraded,
you could be seeing something like this.

What do you see on the POA itself when the users try to login?
