WebAccess Agent Will not start.
We have Webaccess 6.5 up and running on a windows 2000 server with IIS v5. The goal is to install Webaccess 6.5 on a windows 2003 server using IIS v6 and use SSL for encryption. Then shut down the 2000 server when the 2003 server is fully functional.
I recently built a windows 2003 server with IIS v6. I just installed WebAccess 6.5 minus the publisher on the server. I am not able to get the WebAccess Service to start on the Windows 2003 server. At first I was getting an error 33289 and not able to find Configuration File. I found a TID that had me edit a path in the registry. That got rid of those two errors, now I get the error "The WebAccess service encountered this application error 4." Event ID:104.
I am not sure where to go from here.
