Forwarding Issue
We have recently upgraded our POAs and MTAs to GW 8.00 HF2, but can't yet upgrade our web access, which is still at 6.5.
We have noticed that we have a problem when users attempt to forward email messages. When they select the forward option, a compose message appears, with an attachment that contains the original message and the message area appears blank ready for typing additional content.
However when the message is received, either internally or externally then the attached portion of the forwarded message is missing, and you only receive the content from the message area.
Is their any fix for this, other than upgrade the Web Access to v8 ?
