Wait to upgrade to Apache 2.0.49

I recently upgraded Webaccess 6.5 on a couple of our Netware 6 servers to
Apache2 and Tomcat4. In using the latest Apache release, 2.0.49, I noticed
it seemed to work fine then be somewhat slow to respond at times. When
going back to Apache 2.0.48 we have seen no problems. It seems there are
some patches to the 2.0.49, so if anyone is upgrading, I would use the
2.0.48 version or go back to it if you're experiencing periodic slow
response with Apache 2.0.49.
