WebAccess Pausing

I have noticed that our webaccess installation seems to generate
many "Error: Requested aborted while waiting on locked conversation".

Usage of the websever is very low. I maybe have 5-10 pepled logged in at
a time. Statistics show around 5000 requests and 86 errors. Almost all
of these errors seem to be the above error message. We have 30 threads
allocated and max around 7-8 threads. Server memory and network do not
seem to get hit at all.

I have looked this up and found a TID but it says there is no configurable
timeout setting.

What else can I look at?
