Web Access works internally but not on internet
I had GW Web Access working fine with GW 6.0 a few months ago. Configuration is 2 servers - one running POA, MTA, GWIA and WebAccess Agent. Second server runs BorderManager 3.8 and is firewall to internet, and it runs WebAccess application. During Netware Small business upgrade to NW 6.5 the Bordermanager box crashed, so it ended up being reloaded from scratch. Now I have gotten around to getting Web Access loaded again, with version 6.5.4. to match rest of GW system that has already been upgraded. Ran install and can successfully login using web access inside the firewall. From outside the firewall, however, the web page cannot be found. I am running Apache 2 with Tomcat 4 on upgraded server. Border Server has secondary legal public IP address assigned that has setting to NAT it to inside IP address. From outside the firewall I can ping the public IP of the server, going to x.x.x.x/servlet/webacc returns cannot find web page error. Nothing on internet DNS servers has changed from when this was working some months ago on GW 6.0. The agent and application are talking because it works internally just fine. What am I missing on the Bordermanager server (Apache2??) that is keeping the page from being accessible from the internet?
