DST 2007 question about Webaccess on a Windows server

I thought I saw this discussed on a different post. But I could not find
that post, forgive me if this has been discussed before.

We are running Groupwise 6.5.3 on a Netware 6.5. We are also running
Webaccess on a Windows 2003 server.

I do not want make any changes to the production Groupwise system. I just
want to update the Webaccess for DST 2007.

I have the fwa65p6e update. This question that may seem dumb. But how do
I update webaccess? The instructions seem intended to sites running
WebAccess on a Netware server, not Windows.

I wanted to see what the update asked, so I ran it on my PC. But the
update just stopped. Help...
