Webaccess and Groupwise Time difference

Ok this is a good one.

I have completed all of the Novell patches for the DST change. Now
when I use my Groupwise 6.5.6 client to access Groupwise the times are
correct but when I go to groupwise through webaccess it show an hour
behind.

Running:
Novell Netware 6.5 sp5
POA 6.5.7
MTA 6.5.7
Webaccess 6.5.7
Tomcat 4
Apache 2.0.54
Javva 1.4.2_09

I have run the TZupdate form Novell.

Anybody have any ideas?? I have been trying ti figure this one out
since Monday .
