POA / MTA Abends in Protected Memory

MTA and POA started abending the server about 2 months ago with multiple processor page fault and subsequent protected memory restarts. No changes have been made to the server recently that would help to explain this.

Netware 6.5 SP5
GW7.02HP
MTA and POA on the one server (not clustered)
There are a number of servers in the environment with the same GW7 setup and they are not having any issues.
The 1st abend causes the POA protected memory space to restart and then some hours later the server abends again and the MTA restarts - this behavior is repeated over and over.

I have posted a part of the abend log below. Owing to forum limits in the character count the abend log is only a fragment so I have attached the full log in a zip.

Additional Information:
The CPU encountered a problem executing code in GWPOA.NLM. The problem may be in that module or in data passed to that module by a process owned by SERVER.NLM.
