Secure E-Mail Transfer? Hipaa....

Hi all,

I haven't seen this addressed recently, so I'm going to try.

Our Insurance department needs a way to send secure e-mail. I have a quote from Certified Mail (which looks awesome but expensive though I have no other frame of reference), but need 2 more options to satisfy our 3 quote requirement.

I need something scalable, as we most likely will move beyond the Insurance department into Legal and others. The Insurance department's preference is an "in house" solution as opposed to hosted.

Anybody using something they really like?

Any info is greatly appreciated!

P.S. GW 7.0.1 on NW 6.5 for now, planning to move to OES by the end of the year.
