Well after 4 Novell technicans tweaking the POA and a Microsoft tech tweaking the OS, we are going to split up the POA and move a portion of the users to a new server. I can defintely say that Windows is not the best choice for GroupWise from a performance prespective. It ran much better on NetWare with slower 5 year old hardware. We have just under 1,500 users and usually peak around 1,200 connections during the day.
