GWIA 7.0.3 and POA 6.5.7 Issues

Hi,

In order to resolve slow GWIA restarts (40 minutes), we tried last night to update the GWIA to 7.0.3 - everything worked apart from POP3, we kept getting D058 errors.

We have checked the following:

- Password: There is a password set on the account.
- Links: Direct client/server with IP addresses configured.

When we telnet to port 110 you receive "access denied" when typing in the account name, before even entering the password. This would appear to be an incompatibility between to 7.0.3 GWIA and the 6.5.7 POA's, however we checked and they are SUPPOSED to work together!!!

We backed out the change, but now are stuck with the GWIA restart taking 40 minutes using a 7.0.2 GWIA.

Can anyone help - either with why GWIA takes 40 minutes to restart, or why our update to 7.0.3 broke POP3?
