Re: attach file locations
I have the same problem and tried the tools, options, environment, file location, check-out, save. While it retains the folder name that I would like as a default, it does not display this folder when I click the paperclip icon. It appears to display the folder that I last used when I was first upgraded to GroupWise 7. My employer's IT group told us that it cannot be changed as the option is not available (note, every user has a different default folder, depending upon where they last accessed an attachment at their upgrade). Could you provide a fix and if it cannot be done at the user level, I can forward it to our IT group?
