Trash Auto-Emptying
Hi,
I'm tweaked that I even have to ask this, but someone is complaining about his trash auto-emptying even though he's overridden the system setting of 7 days and set his to manual. I've suggested not using the trash for storage, but apparently that's not an option.
The only thing I can think is...does Webaccess use the client settings or the system settings? I've looked at his account (logged in as him) and he has reset everything to manual and doesn't have any rules running.
Hopefully this is the right place for this question.
As always, any info is greatly appreciated.
