Domain name in rule doesn't work for internal addresses

Dear people,
One of our college's likes to put all the internal email of his office in a separate folder.
But when we make a rule we cann't find a field that represents the (internal)emailaddress. Only for external address is it working, not for internal adresses.
You can only see the full name of the college's and not there emailaddresses.
When you try to give in the domain name as argument in the rule, it doesn't work because it is not shown in the internal addresses.

Is there anybody who knows how to solve this?
