The service pack installation files state this to install:

In Windows, click Start > Run > Browse, then locate the directory where you extracted the SP3 client files.

Select the setup.exe file, then click OK to run the GroupWise client Setup program.
No such setup.exe file exists.
how do I apply SP3?
