Default Problems with MAC/and calendar on pc

We have a Senior Staff member who has a Intel MAC and version 7.0.3 of the GroupWise client.

He can archive fine, however, he cannot unarchive. When he clicks on the message and selects move to archive, to unarchive the message, the client freezes and he has to force quit.

When he sends himself a message, he does not receive the message unless he restarts the GroupWise client. He receives mail from others fine.

He cannot print the calendar in month view from August - December 2008. Months before and after that period print out fine.

When I log in as him on a PC, I can unarchive with no problem, I can send a message to him and it arrives immediately. The only thing I cannot do from a PC is print the calendar in month view from August - December of 2008. On 2 of the pc's I tried printing August from, I received a message from the Virus scanner:
Deleted C:\Novell\GroupWise\grpwise.exe C:\Documents and Settings\ctadmin\Local Settings\Temp\~FQMF000.WMF Exploit-MS06-004.gen (Trojan)

Does anyone have any suggestions?
