From field drop down does not include the Proxy option when replyingto mail.

I am looking at doc# 10086949 about this subject and I have users here
SWEAR they have done this before they got their new computers a few
weeks ago... is this still valid in GroupWise 7sp3? They can create
new messages as a proxied user, just not reply. I just need
confirmation that this is still current.
