Client Custom Settings not sticking
A user with a new XP PC can't keep his GroupWise client on the Home View when he launches GroupWise. He will go to tools-options-environment-Default Actions and set "Start In": from Mailbox Folder to Home Folder but it always reverts to Mailbox Folder. This was not a problem on his old PC and the desired settings worked on another PC so it seems to be something on his new PC that's a problem.
I found this on another GroupWise forum thread and it didn't help.
Then try and rename the following key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Novell\GroupWise\Client \View Settings
