Using SIP Client

Within GW client, if you open address book and right click on a contact, your options under "Action" are "Send Mail". "Send Appointment", "Send Task", "Send Note", and "Dial Contact".

If I choose "Dial Contact", it opens Microsoft's dialer program. How do I change that to something I actually want to use?
