mobile missing from address book column selection

Hi,

I have a user who goes into her address book then goes into Novell GroupWise address book. She wants to see the mobile number for the people in our company. When she right clicks on a column mobile isn't a choice so she chooses more columns. Mobile is also not listed under the Available columns section. What's available is: Domain, e-mail type, fax number, gw email address, guid, name, network id, post office, preferred e-mail address and user id.
When I do the same in my account I have the same as her plus mobile and cellular phone number. How come she doesn't have mobile and cellular phone number available? We're on 7.0.2hp1a all around. We are both on different post offices.
