Missing E-mails

We are running GroupWise 7.0.3 I have a user who is missing e-mails from one of her folders. I have done two restores from the past week. The userr is not able to see her files in either restore. There is a *.dba file with the same name as the user database. Would the missing info be in that *.dba file? If so, is there any way that I can get it back?
