Renamed user loses access to archive

Hi ..

I have a user who has had her GW 7 account name changed (married name change) and now cannot get access to her old archive ...
I can see the files in her old archive directory on her local c: drive, but if I associate her new GW client name with that archive, it is empty ...
Is there a way to re-direct this archive to her new GW user name ??
She has 1+ years worth of data in the archive ...
